After Demonetization Digital banking has developed in India. At that time, people faced a lot of problems for not having cash, then digital banking showed its importance and accommodated by people. During Covid-19, digital banking has played and plays an important role in the prevention of getting infected by this virus. Actually, during coveD-19 the use of digital banking has increased. Other than this, communication skills, interpersonal skills, sales process knowledge, numeric and analytic skills, and attracting customer skills are also essential.
